Payment:
We only accept PAYPAL payments.
Packing & Shipping:
All items will be shipped directly via our warehouse.
All packages will be shipped out in securely packaged boxes to make sure the item is in good condition for our customers.
We ship the item by USPS First mail or USPS Priority mail or Fedex Home delivery or Fedex Smartpost, with tracking number. (Which method we use depend on the size and weight of item.)
We ship the item from UK via RoyalMail First Class with tracking number.
Refund & Replacement Policy:
If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, please return it within 30 days for a replacement or money back. Please contact me before you return it.
If item is defective in 3 months, We will send you a replacement without extra charger, or offer refund after we receive the defective item.
If item is defective after 3 months, you can still send it back to us. We will send you a new one after receiving the defective item.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
